2. Service Bookings

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official contact channels (phone, WhatsApp, or contact form)
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment
• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion
• Event details must be provided accurately at the time of booking

2.2 Advance Payment

• A minimum advance payment of 30-50% is required to confirm bookings
• Advance payments are non-refundable except in cases where we cancel the booking
• Payment can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or cash
• Full payment must be completed before or on the event date as agreed

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: 50% refund of advance payment
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 25% refund of advance payment
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

3. Service Delivery

3.1 Our Responsibilities

• Provide decoration services as agreed in the booking
• Use quality materials and professional expertise
• Complete setup before the agreed event time
• Provide cleanup services after the event (if included in package)

3.2 Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details, venue information, and timings
• Ensure venue access for setup and breakdown
• Inform about any venue restrictions or requirements
• Provide adequate power supply and basic facilities at venue
• Make timely payments as per agreement

3.3 Changes and Modifications

• Design changes requested 7+ days before event: No additional charge
• Design changes requested less than 7 days before event: May incur additional charges
• Changes on event day: Subject to feasibility and will incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments based on venue conditions

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing may vary based on actual requirements and venue conditions
• Additional services beyond the original scope will be charged separately
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings

4.2 Payment Terms

• Advance payment required at time of booking confirmation
• Balance payment due before or on event day as agreed
• Late payments may result in service modifications or cancellation
• All payments should include applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Content Ownership

• All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is owned by JDecorations
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
• Photos of our work may be used by us for marketing purposes

5.2 Client Photos and Testimonials

• We may photograph our decoration setups for portfolio purposes
• Photos taken may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials
• Clients who wish to restrict photo usage must inform us in writing before the event
• Testimonials provided by clients may be used in our promotional materials

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 Our Liability

• We ensure quality service delivery but are not responsible for venue-related issues
• Not liable for delays caused by venue access restrictions or client delays
• Not responsible for damage to venue property by guests or third parties
• Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for services

6.2 Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• This includes natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.
• In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternatives

6.3 Material Damage

• We take care of our decoration materials but are not responsible for damage caused by:
• Extreme weather conditions (wind, rain, etc.)
• Guest misconduct or intentional damage
• Venue-related accidents
• Clients may be charged for damaged materials beyond normal wear and tear

7. Website Usage

7.1 Acceptable Use

• Use our website only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to harm or disrupt our website functionality
• Do not use automated systems to access our website
• Respect intellectual property rights of content on our website

7.2 User Content

• Any content you submit through our website must be accurate and lawful
• You grant us permission to use submitted content for business purposes
• We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content
